Gemorik (“we,” “our,” or “the Service”) provides software tools for interacting with the Solana ecosystem. The current live Service includes public holdings views and related on-chain activity views for a Solana address a user provides, including NFT views that may display associated metadata or media where available, public cleanup-result share pages, an authenticated cleanup tool for eligible empty token accounts, eligible wrapped SOL (WSOL) accounts, and user-selected low-value dust token accounts where supported, authenticated transfer workflows for sending native SOL or supported SPL tokens to a recipient address a user provides, including recipient review, transfer preview, transaction submission, and result handling, authenticated token swap workflows, browser-based settings and display preferences, and supported sign-in options that may use either a compatible wallet or a supported social-login or email-based sign-in method through Web3Auth. Where supported social login is used, Web3Auth may provision and help restore access to an MPC-based embedded wallet for use with the Service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and how we handle it in connection with those current features.
Important: Some features require sign-in with a supported wallet or a supported social-login or email-based sign-in option, along with confirmation of the current required documents, while holdings views and cleanup share pages may process or display information without sign-in. Public blockchain data may remain visible on the relevant network even after your interaction with the Service ends.

We may use service providers or infrastructure to help operate the Service, such as hosting or security infrastructure (including Cloudflare where used), authentication or embedded-wallet infrastructure (including Web3Auth where used), identity providers you choose, Solana RPC or indexing providers such as Helius, quote or routing providers such as Jupiter and other providers presented in current swap functionality, token-data or market-data providers such as CoinGecko, NFT metadata or media sources referenced by current NFT display functionality, logging, alerting, monitoring, and similar technical operations. Where supported social login is used, Web3Auth may act as part of the authentication and MPC-based embedded-wallet infrastructure supporting access to the Service.
If a cleanup result is associated with a share identifier or rendered into a share page or share image, summary cleanup-result information such as account count, reclaimed SOL amount, and the related share identifier may be accessible through that page or image. Share links are intended to be accessible without sign-in, and if such a link is posted on a third-party site or platform, preview text or images may also be cached or displayed by that third party.
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, prevent abuse or fraud, protect our rights, or enforce our Terms of Service.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets, information related to the Service may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

If you disable cookies or similar browser storage, some parts of the Service may not function correctly, including supported social-login or embedded-wallet access.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain security, keep operational and compliance records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Some preference or wallet-selection data stored in your browser may remain there until you change the setting or clear the relevant browser storage.
Where deletion is requested and applicable, we may delete or de-identify information that we control, subject to technical, contractual, operational, and legal limitations.

These may include wallet-signature-based authentication, supported social-login or embedded-wallet authentication flows, secure session handling, server-side handling of sensitive configuration and infrastructure credentials, and access controls appropriate to the Service.
Important Security Note: You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, devices, seed phrases, private keys, social-login or email accounts used to access the Service, and any transaction or message you approve. We cannot recover private keys or reverse confirmed blockchain transactions.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability of certain information we control.
Any such rights are subject to applicable law and technical limitations. For example, we cannot alter or erase public blockchain records. We may also need to verify your identity before processing a request.
The Service may rely on or link to third-party websites, wallets, identity providers, authentication or embedded-wallet providers, including Web3Auth where supported social login is used, hosting or security infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare, Solana RPC or indexing providers such as Helius, quote or routing providers such as Jupiter and other providers presented in current swap functionality, token or market data sources such as CoinGecko, NFT metadata or media sources referenced by current NFT display functionality, or other external services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies, not this Privacy Policy.
The Service is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Your information may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own, including where our infrastructure, providers, or personnel operate. By using the Service, you understand that such transfers may occur, subject to applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
