Gemorik (“we,” “our,” or “the Service”) provides software tools for interacting with the Solana ecosystem. The current live Service includes public holdings views and related on-chain activity views for a Solana address you provide, including NFT views that may display associated metadata or media where available, public cleanup-result share pages, an authenticated cleanup tool for eligible empty token accounts, eligible wrapped SOL (WSOL) accounts, and user-selected low-value dust token accounts where supported, authenticated transfer workflows for sending native SOL or supported SPL tokens to a recipient address you provide, including recipient review, transfer preview, and transaction submission, and authenticated token swap workflows that require your approval or signature through either a compatible wallet or a supported social-login or email-based sign-in flow through Web3Auth. Where supported social login is used, Web3Auth may provision and help restore access to an MPC-based embedded wallet for use with the Service.
Some features require authenticated access through a supported wallet or supported social-login or email-based sign-in option and confirmation of the current required documents before use. Holdings views, related on-chain activity views, and NFT views may also be available for a Solana address a user provides. The Service may change over time and may depend on third-party wallets, identity providers, authentication or embedded-wallet providers, including Web3Auth where used, blockchain networks, quote or routing providers, token-data providers, and infrastructure.
Important: Gemorik is a software interface only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any address you enter and any message or transaction you review, approve, sign, or submit through the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful execution, continued availability of any feature, or that any quote, transfer preview, recipient review information, holdings or NFT display, NFT-related metadata or media, cleanup estimate, or transaction result will be accurate, suitable, timely, complete, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GEMORIK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, DIGITAL ASSETS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
We may add, remove, modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including supported routes, holdings views, transfer workflows, cleanup tools, swap functionality, integrations, and operational limits.
We may also release new features, update existing features, or retire features over time.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Service at any time if reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, respond to security concerns, or enforce these Terms.
Termination or suspension does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including limitations of liability, disclaimers, dispute-related provisions, and enforcement-related rights or remedies.

The Service may rely on third-party wallets, social-login identity providers, authentication or embedded-wallet providers (including Web3Auth and its related MPC-based embedded-wallet infrastructure where used), Solana RPC or indexing providers such as Helius, quote, routing, liquidity, or token-data providers such as Jupiter, market-data providers such as CoinGecko, NFT metadata or media sources referenced by current NFT display functionality, and hosting or infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare. We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, acts, or omissions of third parties.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and technical limitations.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
By continuing to use the Service after revised Terms become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Any failure by us to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you.
